Nathalia moved to the US from Brazil in 2004 and shortly after she decided to drop out of law school. And in retrospect, that was probably the best decision she could have made. Nathalia became a competitive fitness model, and in 2012 became the first Brazilian to win the Bikini Olympia. She has regularly competied at the Arnold Sports Festival always placing in the top 5. She has also been the cover model and featured in many fitness publications including Muscle & Fitness, Fitness RX for Women, and Cosmopolitan.
Today, Nathalia is a dedicated mother of 2 and a successful entrepreneur. She is the founder and CEO of Nathalia Melo Fit, a web based fitness and nutrition resource specifically for women going through the pre and pos-natal stages of pregnancy.
