Finding your niche and a place of belonging in veterinary medicine doesn't always happen immediately. That was the case for Gayle Millard, DVM, who transitioned from practice life to the industry world in the middle of her career. Juggling her new job and work schedule with motherhood wasn't easy, but it came with some unique benefits.
