Wow! Did we ever feel that last full moon. We both have been forced to feel 😅 We almost didn't record because we felt like 💩

All that can get pretty exhausting 🥵. But, at the same time it's necessary. As if we don't have shit to work through we don't grow as a person.

The one catch to this is that at times we can be so caught up in the feelings you're forced to feel that it really can no longer serve you. 🫡

If anything, the longer you sit in the pit 🏔️ of despair, the harder it is to get out.

This 🎙️ episode we did things different. We decided to record our free episode after we recorded our paid episode. We usually do it the other way around 🤗
