Yes, we’re rounding out Ballreich’s week with some Ghost Pepper Jack flavored potato chips sent in by Josh (thank you, again!). I, hopefully, saved the spiciest for last. I love the flavor of Monterey Jack. And when done right (looking at you with a side-eye, Trader Joe’s) Ghost Pepper can bring both a lot of heat and flavor to the party.
