Well last night I got to have these ballymun lads @dean.kenny.9843 and Jay Byrne @ballymun_running2024 on @having_the_chats_podcast . Dean has just started @podcastkitchentalk as he absolutely smashes his recovery, and Jay celebrated 1 year of sobriety last week! Both lads are now helping others out of addiction and into recovery through unity of weekly sea swims and group 5k runs amongst other things. Their dms are open to anyone that needs it and I have to say these lads are so sound and easy to talk to. I really think these two are going to help more people than they even know! Hats off to u lads and me and chris will be at the sea swim next week!
