Smoke um if ya got um, a recap of the Bama/Tennessee tailgate.  The signature drink was a hit, however, grabbing a new spirit to mix a nice bourbon ale proves risky.  Yet it did lead to this week's tasting of Belle Meade Cask Strength Bourbon, so well worth it.  Spoiler, definitely a clinker.
