I need all eyes I can get on this one - I've been sitting on it the whole week and have decided to ask for opinions. Margo Freshwater was involved in 3 different violent robberies, arrested and charged for 99 years.

After a year and a half in prison, she managed to escape and has been on the run for 32 years before being recaptured again. Without committing a single offence. Why has she not reoffended? Are we too harsh on sentences and just don't believe in rehab?
