Today being Friday, many of us are looking for some freedom from work in order to recover and get some rest and forget a bit about work. But then you have those bosses who will call you beyond office hours when you really don’t want to hear about work and so on. Well Portugal has just made it illegal for bosses to call or text their employees beyond work hours. Is this something that can maybe work in South Africa? What are your views on the subject?
