Twomembers of the Bandidos biker gang accused of waging adeadly war in Houston against a rival group will not face the deathpenalty, according to court records.

OnAug. 13, prosecutors notified Judge Keith Ellison that they would notseek the death penalty against David Vargas and Roy Gomez, two of the14 alleged gang members who were indicted in a organized crime caseearlier this year. 


ThePagan’s Motorcycle Club rally in Oak Creek was projected to bringanywhere from 100 to 700 people to the town the weekend of Aug. 15,but only about 30-40 members showed, according to Routt CountyUndersheriff Joshua Carrell.

ThePagan’s Motorcycle Club, founded in 1957, is considered one of the“Big Four” motorcycle gangs, along with the Hells Angels, theOutlaws and the Bandidos, according to the U.S.Department of Justice.
