In this episode, AXELOS’ Allan Thomson speaks to Globeteam A/S project manager Ulf Livoff about their collaboration with Banedanmark, the Danish government agency. Together, they designed and implemented a new and automated announcement management system, NOBI (Danish abbreviation for ‘New And Better Information’), using PRINCE2®. This system is now in use at more than 200 stations and handles approximately 3,500 announcements per day.
