Genesis 4:17-26, is discussing the family of Cain and continuing to bring to light the ungodly actions of Cain and his descendants when we see La'mech marrying two wives which is against God's marriage order which says that a man is to marry one wife. It is also discussing the seed of a woman where we see the birth of Seth to the family of Adam who is now replacing Abel who Cain killed.
