Should horse drawn carriages be banned in BC? A video has gone viral depicting two Victoria carriage horses on the ground after slipping. The video is difficult to watch as the two horses struggle to get up, however the operator of the company said it was a rare incident in which neither of the horses were harmed. The SPCA is calling for carriage operations to be restricted to just parks.
