Sen. Cherie Buckner-Webb is backing a proposal made by the ACLU to prevent employers from asking people about previous criminal convictions. Also known as "Banning the Box". Should there be a law in place to prevent discrimination against felons? Or is this an area where government has no place to say? (8/26/19)
