Monroe County Sheriff Todd K. Baxter with Co-Host Deputy Jamie Owen interviewed Gary Beikirch.  Mr. Beikirch is a Monroe County resident who received the Medal of Honor for his heroic actions during a battle in Dak Seang Camp in Vietnam on April 1, 1970.  Mr. Beikirch talks about the battle in Vietnam, his battle to recover from injuries but more importantly, his battles once he came back to American soil.
