“Baptism... now saves you, not as a removal of dirt from the body but as an appeal to God for a good conscience, through the resurrection of Jesus Christ...” – 1 Peter 3:21
Roughly 2000 years ago, Jesus was baptized in order to identify Himself with His followers. He directed any who desire to follow Him to identify their heart-level commitment through being baptized as He was. Today, we have the pleasure of celebrating with individuals who desire to affirm publicly their commitment to following Jesus in this way He commanded, through the act of baptism. Pastor Ashley Brown explains the significance of baptism.
