In this 2nd video of Bar Profit Maximizers I'm going to show you why glassware is one of the biggest hidden profit leaks in your bar, and how you can turn those leaks into profits in part 2 of this video series. Below are the recommended glass sizes, as promised in the video:

 Highball: 10 oz.
 Rocks: 8 oz.
 Martini: 6 - 7 oz.
 Wine: Varies—just know that the larger the glass, the smaller the portion amount appears to be
 Shot: 1.5 oz.
 Snifter: 6 - 8 oz.
 Beer: Non-factor
