Thanks to all who visited Barbados for Crop Over 2019; we look forward to seeing you again for Crop Over 2020!
Crop Over is Barbados' premiere summer festival and attracts visitors from across the globe! Many Bajans who now live off the island also return home to join in the festivities with family and friends. In addition to the official events of the National Cultural Foundation there are many other 'Crop Over' activities - such as themed parties and cruises - for you to enjoy!
Crop Over 2020 Dates
Crop Over festivities typically start in April with the release of soca & calypso music, and band launches.
The official launch of Crop Over takes place in June.
Grand Kadooment will be held on Monday, August 3rd 2020. Major events such as Soca Royale, Bridgetown Market, and the Pic-O-De-Crop competition take place in the approx. 10 days preceding Grand Kadooment.
