Barely Stable Podcast - Episode 017 - Snakes on a Course

Listen Later

This week, The Barely Stable Boys discuss some serious issues with the PDGA and how they handle security, some less serious issues with local tournaments and how they handle unpopular changes, and they talk to a local disc golfer who survived a bite by a Western Diamondback Rattlesnake.

With the threat to the Music City Open Fresh in the minds of the disc golf world, the boys take a hard look at what was done, and what should be done to improve security and player safety at pro tournaments.  Moving closer to home, they discuss the Capital of Texas Open, and the loss of Roy G Guerrero Park as one of the courses for the AM’s to play in that tournament, and find out what NOT to do if you get bit by a venomous snake with the first rendition of Freeberg in the Field.

All that and more including fantasy updates and the standard weekly shenanigans on the Barely Stable Podcast where they boys take you to school on how to Just be Cool.
