Hampshire Healthy Families provides new parents with confidence building information.

The Health Visiting service works with partner Barnardo's to provide workshops in informal settings including the Heath (for a walk every Monday at 1:30pm) and the Library. 

Sophie Williams from Barnardo's tells us more about them and how they build confidence in new parents.

The workshops are free to attend.

Sarah James is a Health Visitor at the Hampshire and Isle of Wight Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust, and she explains the service, the high impact areas they underline and contacting them - also with a handy texting services to ask questions and seek advice from the Health Visiting Team.
