We look into how political affiliation, gender, religion, and race affect Supreme Court nomination hearings, and whether the Senate Judiciary Committee has any unbiased members left in it. Are outstanding qualifications enough? Or is the highest court in the land just as prone to idealogical division as the rest of the country?
