Barriers to Success

There are mornings where you're gonna wake up and you're just gonna be tired. It's going to happen. It's part of life. And you need to make sure that you're doing your absolute best to keep going during those moments, the quicker, that you are able to come together and then keep going, the better off you're going to be in the end. There's a lot you can do when you become tired. First off, what you need to do is you just need to take your why. Like I've said before your why is the most important thing that you can do when it comes to absolutely anything. If your why is powerful. When you're tired, you're going to be able to keep going. For instance, if you wake up in the morning and you're not feeling well. There is a way around that feeling. The best way around that feeling is to get moving to take that initiation initiation is really important when it comes to performance management. You have to initiate a lot of times or forget about the importance of just starting a task, but you have to set yourself up for success. What is the easiest way that you can complete something. Maybe it's getting some flashcards together to study, or even making it easy for you to leave the house. All of these things have benefits when it comes to improving your motivation. Motivation is a highly talked about topic, but if you can't initiate, you're not going to get anything done. That's why it's so highly talked about, you need to go out there and do your best to make it as easy as possible. Think about today. What are some easy things that you can do to get stuff done. Oftentimes we find or initiation, is just not getting us there. And we need to find ways around that. Look for ways to make it easy. By removing all barriers, removing barriers is in the form of putting flashcards on your phone, versus having to go downstairs grab the flashcards get them out sit down, and then get to work. That is a barrier in itself, why not just make it easy. Put it on an app on your phone. There are plenty apps out there that have flashcards on them, and it will make it a lot easier when it comes to developing a game plan to remove those barriers to success. Also, you can study while you're watching TV during the commercial break. You can take a few questions here and there. You also have a better chance with spaced repetition. If you go this route. Studying is not rocket science. Oftentimes we overthink it. And most of the time it's just a matter of studying itself. If we can get to the point where we're studying. When we are tired and don't feel like it. that's going to make a huge difference for us. There are ways to knock down those barriers, as you can see when it comes to studying. Additional in your life there are easier ways to get out the door. You can organize your day before you head out. Have you noticed that those people who are highly successful are very organized in the morning. They have a bag ready with their clothes to go to the gym, and all these other areas that allow you to keep going. Additionally, developing habits is very helpful when it comes to any type of success or endeavor. If you're able to develop a habit. That's going to make a huge difference. Habit making cannot be understated develop some habits, where you're going to be able to transition very quickly. The less you have to think about what you're doing, the better off you're going to be when it comes to getting past those times when you're going to have a failure. When you're not going to be able to initiate action and be motivated to keep going. And when you're tired, there is a likelihood that that can happen. The main thing here is to be thinking of ways to knock down those barriers to your own success barriers are everywhere. And if we're conscientious of those barriers and what they do to us.
