Born two blocks from the birthplace of H.P. Lovecraft and educated in Shirley Jackson's hometown, Barry Lee Dejasu lives and writes in Providence, Rhode Island. His debut short story collection, Black City Skyline and Darker Horizons, will be published in 2022 by Hippocampus Press. He has several published short stories, the most recent being "M.O.T.W.," from the '80s-themed horror anthology Totally Tubular Terrors. Barry is a former music journalist for Modern Fix magazine, and a reviewer with New York Journal of Books. He lives on the East Side of Providence.
