Katzapalooza! Spectacular show with one of the most generous, gracious, informative, fun guests, ever. Barry Katz barely mentioned himself, it was all about how to help us, the listeners, still seeking. And, about others... those he respects, admires, and why he puts himself all in for those he believes in. He knows at the first handshake... hmm... wonder what he can tell from a hug. I loved every second of this. I cannot recommend spending your time here, enough.

A little background since we didn't even scratch the Katz surface... did I mention I was born Vicki Katz... what towels we would've had. Barry owned the Boston Comedy Club in NYC, when I was a young (shuddup) standup. While I was messing around, Barry was nominated for an Emmy, and, is a Grammy-nominated tv-film-record producer, podcast host, and talent manager who helped launch the careers of Dave Chappelle, Nick Swardson, Darrell Hammond, Wanda Sykes, Frank Caliendo, Jim Breuer, Whitney Cummings, Bill Bellamy, Jay Mohr, Melissa Villasenor, Felipe Esparza, Jim Gaffigan, Tracy Morgan, Louie CK, Anthony Clark, Bill Burr, Marc Maron, and Dane Cook. Barry's brokered 100 tv development deals, created 3 tv shows, and executive produced over 50 different stand-up specials, documentaries, scripted Industrseries, reality shows, including 7 seasons of Last Comic Standing. There is SO much more to his story... current events for one, he hosts Industry Standard, his own wildly successful podcast, with 250 shows in the proverbial can. What a powerhouse, and what an encourager of others.

I've "known" Barry kinda, a little, but I'm gonna hound this guy to be my friend. What a stupendous human.
