Have you ever had someone take something you said, then twist your words to make it sound like you said something you didn’t? That’s not something we should be doing with Scripture! If we want to be found as having rightly honored, treasured, and rightly understood the Word of God, we must learn to read it in its context and to let it mean what it means. We can't twist the Bible to mean what we’d like it to mean.
