Barry sat down and really dove deep on his reflection of life in the USMC on deployment, adjusting to civilian life and turning to unhealthy coping through alcohol, toxic relationships, divorce, and single parenting his nonverbal autistic son, reinventing himself through the pandemic, PTSD and night terrors, and finding his purpose at his lowest.
