Baruc is the Executive Director and Founder of The Lara Lopez Foundation. The Lara Lopez Foundation sole mission is to create long term economic opportunities for underprivileged communities in Oklahoma through scholarships, leadership development, creative and innovative education and entrepreneurship development. All to inspire the next generation of Oklahoma leaders.  Baruc has also authored a book, The Incredible True Story. The Incredible True Story is about a philosophy of life that came to life out of his human experiences traveling. The philosophy draws that human people have three enrooted causes. Cause one, reflection of your past present and future. Cause two, the purpose of gratitude, service and love. And lastly, the cause of responsibility. The Incredible True Story is a philosophy that draws people to reflect and take up a responsibility for there purpose in life. After you are done reading this book, it will create way for your incredible true story. ​ Baruc also is a public speaker. He is a TEDx speaker. He goes around Oklahoma speaking to people about the human core values and ethics of reflection, purpose and personal responsibility. He wishes to inspire people to make positive change in there lives and communities.
