Julian is currently a head chef in a cork based restaurant and has been involved in the industry for over 20 years. In this interview he discusses the importance of good food as well as the importance of it's traceability from farm to fork. Julian is extremely passionate about food and believes firmly that cooking should be an intrinsic and mandatory part of our education growing up. As well as food he also talks about other interests in his life, namely music and martial arts.
