Bas Rotten is a band from Lisbon, Portugal. They started in 2016 and quickly became known in the underground and DIY scene with energetic performances across Europe.

They have released two albums to date, the latest being Surge in November 2020.

They play an aggressive mix of grindcore, crossover trash, and hardcore punk, which they describe as blastbeat crossover.

Song The Blow is from their latest album, Surge.

The video is part of a performance at the Trnje Festival, Pivka, Slovenia, on 11.7.2025.
