Getting men to come on the show and be prepped to be vulnerable is no small task. Most men don't have the internals to do it. The ones that do need to know what I'm expecting of them so they can come mentally prepared to be vulnerable. No small task. Part of it comes with being able to describe what the show is all about. Here's how I'm handling that.
