Tom Zocco is a baseball historian, member of SABR, the president of the library of Zoc (1970 - present), is a Basaeball Hall of Fame supporter, Special libraries Association Baseball Caucas, member of several groups including Baseball Digest....Seamheads....and the Joe Niekro Foundation.
