I'm sunburnt, dead tired, and my ear is full of water... but I completed my Freediving Certification!! Since I'm basically an expert now I figured I'd share my enthusiasm for the sport, talk about cool diving peoples around the world, tell you about my PRs, and of course get into how it can possibly be that some people can hold their breath for over 10 minutes!!
