Duane and his tiny little brother head off to New York City. But they aren't there to site see. They're there to get revenge on the doctor who thought it would be a good idea to separate the two former Siamese twins against their will, and leave the smaller one to die. Unfortunately for the doc, that questionable moment of medical malpractice is going to come back to bite him. Literally.
