Basketball Training 101: Your Attitude Determines Your Altitude
Yes Attitude determines your Altitude. In other words the way you think, feel, and believe determines how high or low you will rise or fall.
Unfortunately I have seen many talented and gifted basketball players ruin their careers because they didn’t understand the importance of having a positive attitude. No it’s not always way to have a positive attitude. Especially when things are not going the way you expect.
But just like shooting or dribbling have a positive attitude is a skill that needs to be developed. Over time you will get better.
This will allow you to have an impact on your team weather or not you are getting playing time. Your teammates and coaches will be drawn to you.
Signs Of Bad Attitude

-Always complaining
-Always pointing out teammates downfalls
-Me 1st instead of TEAM 1st
-Doesn’t like to be held accountable -Always right & never wrong
