Why do we have all expressions of excellence with a negative adjective?  Loot,Kill,Stab are phrases we use to attract attention to a point. It is because we live in a world designed by extroverts. Where complex is exciting and normal is boring. Imagine if you are an introvert leader, leading a largely extroverted organization - how do find a balance ?
