James Holeman and Abbey Carpenter of Battalion Search and Rescue (BSAR) comb the deserts of the American Southwest looking for lost or deceased migrants. They work to rescue any people they find in peril and help to reunite family members with the human remains of their lost loved ones. BSAR is a volunteer lead organization performing humanitarian work, free of charge. They claim, even with the Trump administration declaring that the border has been sealed and migration has stopped, people are still coming across the border. https://battalionsar.com/
