This episode is a short reflection on what it means to be present in the moment. I discuss how inspiration can come from being present and how we are all surrounded by beauty. Sometimes we are too distracted by social media and our busy lives and should try sitting back and really taking in and appreciating what we are surrounded by which is beautiful.
