Bruce Wayne travels to Japan to assist his former martial arts teacher, Master Yoru, whose school is under threat. A rival named Kyodai Ken kidnaps students and eventually Alfred Pennyworth to extort the secrets of a lethal fighting technique known as the Oki-nemuru touch. Batman ultimately tracks the villain to a volcanic cave, where he survives the deadly strike by cleverly wearing a protective pad beneath his suit. Despite the hero’s attempt to save him during a volcanic eruption, the ninja disappears into the smoke as the cave collapses.
