It's no surprise that organized sports help kids to learn important values such as discipline, respect, teamwork, etc. Rob Beighley has watched boys become men under his leadership in a variety of careers. Not only does Rob command a respectful and hard working culture from his students on the wrestling mat, but he holds his coaching staff to the same exceptional standards.
