Battle for the Burrow Ep. 7 | Animal D&D
Reuniting with their long lost friend, the party must now reckon with who they are to each other as they attempt to revive Eve
RECAP:
Last we met, our adventurers faced off against a cult of transformed Yuan-ti snake folk in an enormous underground lair. They watched Eve transform before their eyes, growing green scaly skin as her outer flesh flaked off. They managed to kill all but one Yuan-ti, Asana, who begged them to keep her daughter safe during the fight. They ignored her request, forcing her to cut her losses and escape through the mouth of an enormous snake built into the building. After checking on Eve-- still unconscious, but alive-- they followed Asana’s path, leading back up onto the Sapphire Sand floor while the cavern collapsed around them. After searching the grounds for Asana, who was nowhere to be seen, they boarded their balloon and continued their journey the city of Das Kihoj on to the tip of Ter Koth, watching the sun start to fall as they floated north. Immediately upon landing they were greeted by Oola, who, seeing the state of Eve, rushed them inside the large circular building to get her to help. But as they walked in, they saw sitting across the table a figure that many of them have not seen in years- a blue Grung with a book strapped to his side - Ebb.
