Depending on who you are, cardio may be one of your favourite forms of exercise, or it may be one of the worst things known to man or woman. Regardless of where you stand, we all know we need to do it. The biggest problem is figuring out the quickest way to get it done and forget about it. If you're not the type of person that loves group classes and getting sweaty with strangers, finding the best piece of equipment to get your 20 minutes of hell over with is of the utmost importance. There are many different pieces of cardio equipment out there. Finding something practical, affordable, and effective is the hard part. In my opinion, two of the most used pieces of equipment for cardio are the Assualt/ Air Bike and the treadmill. The treadmill is commonly available in most gyms. It's easy to use and doesn't require much skill but burns quite a few calories. The Assault/ Air Bike has quickly gained popularity within CrossFit and even commercial gyms. The bike feels much more exhausting than a regular bike and gets both your arms and legs working, making it a full-body tool.
