The Battlefield franchise has been one of the premiere and influential First Person Shooter franchises created. From Battlefield 1942 to it most recent interation in Battle 6, each game in the series defined what a multiplayer shooter can be.

In this first episode, we'll talk about the origins of the franchise, starting with Battlefield 1942 and conclude with BF Vietnam and Bad Company 1 & 2.
