I like hard games. I think hard games are often very good. Here are a bunch of reasons we don't think Battletoads is very good beyond the first 3 stages.

Consequently, this also coincides with the reason why people actually think Battletoads is good, because the first three stages - the good ones - are the only ones most people actually ever saw.
