Clipped from #77 Believe it or not everyone has insecurities. Weather they be in romantic relationships or work. We never truly get rid of our insecurities, we just beat them one day at a time. However, sometimes they will win the battle and its important to know that you are inflicting this pain on yourself and its okay to be vulnerable. Just like your fears you must face these insecurities head on and beat them out of your mind, let them know they are not welcome there.
