BBB Responds to VeRO Restriction- Trademark Infringement? Or Not?

Listen up! We got an answer, somewhat. Tell me if you think what this major brand described as “trademark infringement” regarding a VERO restriction, was true or false. If I don’t use their brand name, logo, or device design and shape, how can they continuously restrict? And why did they not restrict the least profitable sale price?
