On this weeks episode we throw away the list. We throw away the planner, and we embrace random thought. A lot less structure to this episode as we kinda riff on the things that are on our minds. Starting off with what we've been up to, and then going to the bigger topic of the things that bring us peace, and refresh our mental states.  The pressures we put on ourselves, to be good friends and how we value friendships. Then of course, we talk a little about video games!
