My mission here is to change the way we understand and approach mental health. 

I truly believe that understanding how we work, that there is a biological reason for the way we fee, allows us to better participate in our state of being and lead to a more fulfilling and joy filled life. 

When we are overwhelmed with stress and stuck in a cycle of anxiety and coping we simply can't get there. 

So, we learn to manage stress and anxiety so we can choose how we want to respond instead of reacting out of autopilot. 

Ultimately I want to help you wake up in the morning knowing you have the tools to get through the stress in your day so you can  get out of survival mode and start living your best life.
