In this episode we're talking all about how we can identify the signs and symptoms of nervous system dysregulation.

Often times the signs are staring us right in the face and that's just the problem, they're so common that we think it's normal.

I go over some of the most common signs that you can start to notice and pay some attention when you spot them. Remember, awareness always comes before intervention.

We can't manage or control something we're not first aware of so knowing how to spot the SOS signals your body and  brain are sending is crucial in starting to manage and redirect to more balance and less stress.
