Today's episode is all about anger, the emotion we don't love. So many of us have this idea, because the messages are all around us, that anger isn't acceptable... it's a "bad" emotion.
Actually, anger is useful and just as valid and necessary as any other emotion... but because we have learned that it's bad and we need to hide it we don't know how to express it, how to related to it, and how to use it.
Sometimes what seems like anger can actually be resentment or dysregulation in the nervous system...
