Ever feel like you're caught in a relentless whirlwind of daily life? Endless lists of tasks to do, places to be, people to see - the modern pace can be dizzying.  Today we explore the art of taking a pause, and the profound self-awareness and resilience it can foster.

I share with you my experiences and insights on how we often create busyness in our lives as an evasion tactic to avoid confronting our own thoughts and feelings. We all know, and maybe have been that person who just "likes to stay busy". 

The key to consistency is starting small and adding in more little by little,  the pressure of doing too much too soon can actually set us back. So, if you're feeling like life's tempo is becoming a tad too quick to keep up with, tune in as we explore the benefits of embracing a slower pace.
