Today we're talking about that super weird saying and the intention behind it to deter curiosity as a practice in life. I am here to poo poo all over that idea and tell you to get as curious as you possibly can about everything especially in regards to yourself.
Get curious about your thoughts, behaviors, feelings, beliefs and how you choose to live your life. Use curiosity as a tool to allow you to step back and investigate yourself and your life and maybe even use this tool of curiosity in place of the more familiar jumping to conclusions or judgments, shaming, blaming, guilt, etc.
What would happen if we were able to approach ourselves and how we live with so much curiosity that we became really familiar and aware of ourselves?
